Srot BD is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice) is required.

• Perishable goods, seeds, and fertilizers are non-returnable once opened.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was from our side.
